1.
Select the movie file from the list above and click on the underlined
text. The file download dialog box should appear. |

2.
You will have two options: |

If you have a highspeed connection, and your browser allows
it, you may choose to "Run this program from
its current location" |
| |
|

If you using a dial-up connection, you will want to "Save
this program to disk" |
| |
3.
If you choose to "Run the program from its current location",
you may receive security warnings. Choose "yes" to
continue as the movies are not digitally signed. |

4.
If you choose to download the movie, choose a directory in which
to save it. |
| |
| Playing
the movies: |
| |
1.
If you chose to "Run this program from its current location"
and said yes to the security warnings, the movie will start
automatically. |
| |
2.
If you chose to "Save this program to disk", select
the directory and double-click the self-extracting executable
file you just downloaded. |
| |
3.
Select OK. The video will now begin. You can control the playback
using the control panel provided. |
